Hello Kitty x Asics Sneakers

I was so happy to receive this message in my e-mail today!

Just wanted to to share some exciting news Asics has teamed up with Sanrio’s global icon, Hello Kitty. The collaboration has resulted in two different Hello Kitty-inspired Gel Lyte III models to be released later this fall in women’s sizes.

Both pairs will come with a special collector’s shoe bag and will be available this September at the Sanrio online shop, as well as at their flagship stores in New York, San Francisco and Hawaii.

Hmmm… What about LA!? Pleeease! ^_^ I am not in any way a sneaker fiend, but I would totally rock them both! The red and white colorway is definitely more practical for everyday use, but I do like the black and gold blinged out combo too! But at $145 USD, I should probably only fall in love with one pair… I knew boys in college who would spend $150+ on colorful Nike Air Jordans, and I never understood why… Uthat is, until now… I guess when you are obsessed with Kitty-chan, you will justify any amount of money! o_O

Hola! HKJ though i'd leave a comment bout these super cute kicks. I can't wait to be totally rocking the black pair! any real hello kitty fan couldn't say no to these even if you just wear them a few times in the summer, just having it in the collection is satisfying enough.. and it comes with special Hello Kitty branded packaging!
I keep all Sanrio packaging >.<
