Hello Kitty x Mister Donut Collaboration in Japan

How kittilicious! I first heard about the Hello Kitty x Mister Donut collaboration from my kittitastic friend *Lina*! Mister Donut is a popular donut shop in Japan so this partnership makes purrr-fect sense in my mind! Hello Kitty + sweets = *winner* all the time! n_~

Starting in April, each donut will cost ¥157 JPY or about $1.63 USD. Featured flavors are: whipped strawberry “fashion”, “orange cream French,” “Pon de apple blue,” and “green apple whip” donut. These kittilicious sweets will be sold until late May.

The below images are little cupcakes featuring flavors: green apple, strawberry and orange (they almost look like cake pops)… Each one will cost ¥136 JPY which is about $1.42 USD.

This campaign also gives fans a chance to collect Hello Kitty bow earphone jacks if you spend enough money (while supplies last).

This is a very cute campaign! I wish I was in Japan… Or Sanrio can hook up with Krispy Kreme for a similar program. How awesome would that be!? =^_^=
