Btw, it’s not just ANY musubi — it will be a very special Hello Kitty one! Looks like the Hello Kitty rooms are already available. Hello Kitty Junkie In Tokyo, Japan, Part 1

I am back from my trip to Japan… A little too soon to be back in the U.S. but I was extremely happy to have traveled to my Hello Kitty Homeland!

I <3 TOKYO!

As always, I like to share my travel photos with my Junkies — so I hope you enjoy the pix. I am going to try to post images in chronological order and split big things (like my Puroland visit!!) into a few parts! ^_^

Look at my poor Hello Kitty luggage when I landed at Narita Airport — Funny, I don’t remember the flight being so rough. o___O

I was happy that my travel buddy — pink Kitty plush — was perfectly fine!

She even helped me count my Japanese Yen when I got to my hotel room…

I made my first kittilicious friend — *Lina* and I had to immediately take a photo of her Hello Kitty by Loungefly backpack

And her cute charms hanging from her bag! *Kawaii* @___@

The next morning, I had breakfast in the hotel with my new kittilicious friend…

These are *Lina*‘s nails… Aren’t they *adorbs*!??? n___n

We had time to explore Tokyo… So I made *Lina* my tour guide since she used to live in Japan for five years! She is also multilingual and knows a ton about Kitty-chan! She planned on going to Harajuku so I asked if I could tag along and off we were!

This is the hotel we both stayed at… Villa Fontaine — pretty nice hotel and I would totally stay again!

On our way to the subway, we spotted a 7-Eleven so we stopped in because *Lina* wanted a drink — and I knew there would be something Hello Kitty inside! =^_^=

My first Hello Kitty sightings in Japan were made inside 7-Eleven! It is very humid in Tokyo… So there are fans…

Fans in small sizes…

Hand fans…

Folded hand fans… All these help keep you cool when you are out and about in Tokyo!

Hello Kitty x Tokyo Skytree promotion sighting in a convenience store was in 7-Eleven!

And here is a view of the Tokyo Skytree from my hotel room! You see it in the background, right? *__*

After our kittilicious sightings inside 7-Eleven, we were back on track to the subway station to head off to Harajuku

At this point, I am extremely excited!! And wait until you see the photos of all the kittitastic things I saw in Harajuku! Let me just warn you that there is a Daiso (100 Yen shop — which is like the American Dollar store except Japan has waaaay more kawaii things!) AND we were lucky enough to walk into the *Grand Opening* of Kiddy Land!!! *Coming Soon* I promise! @___@
