Hello Kitty Collectable Flocked Figurine

Why, oh why, am I such a sucker for Hello Kitty collectible figures!? I am digging the latest ones from Sanrio! These cuties are flocked and stand 3″ tall (same size as previous collectable figures). There are five different designs: Tiger, Yeti, Owl, Tuxedo and Patchwork…

Hello Kitty Collectable Figurine One at Random: Flock

No faves for me right now — I like them all together as a group. For sure, would be a great addition to my kittilicious collection (I have at least 30 collectible figures/keychains of similar size displayed on my living room shelf).

Each box retails for $14 — available online or at your local Sanrio Boutique!

One more thing: according to Sanrio Japanese Village Plaza’s IG, there are some larger sized flocked coin banks as well! @_____@

Hello Kitty Paper Craft Toy By Redgeese!

Let me start off by stating that there are some really creative and kind Junkies. Ok, now that you know…

I had a delightful surprise earlier during my lunch break. I went home to grab some food — PB&J on wheat toast and some grapes — yummy… But before I even got through the door, I saw a special delivery! ^___^

I already knew what was going to be inside because a few weeks ago, Redgeese, a very kittitastic Junkie, posted a photo on Instagram with one of her lovely paper crafts and asked me to adopt her!!

But I was still surprised! Btw, she even stamped the date and signed and numbered this piece of art.

Hello Kitty Paper Craft By Junkie Redgeese

How sweet is this Hello Kitty paper craft figure!? And Redgeese personalized it for me! Yes, I feel super duper special! *___*

Check out all the angles — I think Redgeese has been doing this for a while, no? n_~

Hello Kitty Paper Craft By Junkie Redgeese

I am more than happy to adopt this little cutie into my kittilicious collection and I LOVE her! <3

Salamat Redgeese! I hope I get to meet you + sweet Madie some day! =^_^=

Added to My Kittilicious Collection: Sanrio Re-ment Hello Kitty Hoka Hoka Shokudo Retro Diner Set

It is impossible for me to resist the Sanrio Sanrio Re-ment sets — especially when it coms to food themes! The latest set to become a part of my kittilicious collection is the Hello Kitty Hoka Hoka Shokudo Retro Diner set! It was released in October of this year.

As with all of the kawaii Sanrio Re-ments, I adore this set! A lot, a lot!! Check out these photos so you can fall in love with them and pretend that you will one day have life-size kittilicious dinnerwear and food as adorable as these miniatures!  I mean, that’s what I always daydream about… Anyone else with me on this? n_~

Oh! And I know for a fact that there is an extremely cute Sanrio Re-ment coming out soon! It is not posted on Re-ment’s site but if you are lucky enough to know Ms. Pinky Meow, she always has the Hello Kitty related info before it is published on the official site! She is obviously a dedicated Junkie! The next set is lovely and it looks like I will need the set in my collection!

Stay tuned because I will post info  as soon as Re-ment publishes beautiful product photos online! n_~

Hello Kitty x KISS Plushes

I picked up some Hello Kitty x KISS plush key chains from Kiddy Land when I was in Japan during the summer. These super adorable plush toys are made in conjunction with Medicom Toys! They totally rock out in terms of cute factor… And these are so soft and cuddly and pretty well made — definitely a collectible item. I wonder what the Junkies think…

These mascot plush have metal ball chains attached so you can hang them from your bag or keys or anywhere else you would hang charms. n_~

The Demon

I purchased each plush for 980 JPY ($12.32 USD)… I searched for “Hello Kitty Kiss plush” on eBay and wow! The prices are crazy! $___$

The Starchild

The Spaceman

The Catman

These cuties are a little over 4 in/10 cm in height. I really like the quality of plush used… As well as the felt and embroidery.

My fave one is Hello Kitty as The Demon! ^____^

Sanrio x Re-ment Hello Kitty Candy Mascots Are So Kittilicious

I love getting packages at my door… Especially when I am expecting some cuteness I ordered on eBay — always in the form of Kitty-chan! n_~ I received two re-ment sets on the same day — Hello Kitty Candy Mascot and Hello Kitty Happy Birthday! I finally sorted through my photos and I am so happy to share with you Junkies!

Sometimes, I feel strange that these little Re-ments can bring me so much joy! I definitely agree with the phrase, “good things come in small packages.” And actually… Those are some very fitting words for Re-ment! n___n

I am one happy Kitty when Re-ment and Sanrio release new products! And I freakin’ *LOVE* the creativity and thoughtfulness that goes into designing + molding + producing these miniature items! The details are amazing! @____@

Hello Kitty x NOOKA NOOKA Vinyl Figure

Guess what item is currently on my *wish list*???

Mini NookaNooka Hello Kitty from NOOKA!

Sanrio, the global lifestyle brand, and fashion design brand, Nooka Inc. have banded together to create a special Hello Kitty® collectible vinyl figure. Hello Kitty® embodies the same ethos as Nooka: universal communication—no explanations are required to understand the icon of Hello Kitty’s face—it is a distillation to the minimum amount of information necessary to convey the message of ‘cute.

How adorable is this vinyl toy!? I love the unique shape and I feel like it is going to be a purrr-fect addition to my collection! This measures 4″ x 4″ x 1.75″ and is available for $35 online! Might be a little $$$ for some Junkies — but remember, it *IS* a collabo + a collectible… Here are pix from Nooka’s blog

You can order online here! n_~

Hello Kitty Bobblehead Celebrating Dodger Stadium’s Anniversary

Hello Kitty teaming up with the LA Dodgers again!? Yayayayayayay!!! n___n

I *L-O-V-E* this mini bobblehead (photo via HULIQ) — kawaii, neh? And it would be nice to get a group of Junkies together like last year!

Check out the Dodgers press release below:

LOS ANGELES – The Dodgers announced today a partnership with global brand Sanrio® Inc., parent company of Hello Kitty, for the second consecutive year. Due to an overwhelming response to last season’s limited-edition ticket package that included a Hello Kitty Dodgers collectible plush, the club has extended the partnership in 2012. This year’s promotion is a Hello Kitty Mini Bobblehead that will be available to the first 50,000 fans with tickets to the game on Sunday, July 1, 2012 (vs. NYM).

In addition, Hello Kitty and her friend Keroppi® will make a special appearance at the Viva Los Dodgers Day festival held in lot 6 two hours prior to game time and Hello Kitty will also throw the ceremonial first pitch.

Dodger Stadium’s 50th Anniversary presented by State Farm will be celebrated all season. Information on ticket options is available at www.dodgers.com/tickets. Discounted tickets are available for groups of 30 or more. For more information on group tickets, please visitwww.dodgers.com/groups or call (323) 224-1421.

Gaaa!!! I hope Sanrio + Dodgers can find a good reason to team up every year! Isn’t that an LA Junkie’s dream come true!? n_~

Hello Kitty Love Bandit Collection By Loungefly

By now, most of the Junkies living in the U.S. should already know about the Love Bandit collection — available online at Loungefly and Sanrio.

The Love Bandit collection… Kitty truly is a *Thief of Hearts* — ask any of the Junkies! This collection comes at the purrr-fect time because *Valentine’s Day* (02/14) is right around the corner! There is a really nice range of products for any true Junkie to enjoy! I am incredibly lucky to be gifted the collection by my fave person at Loungefly! n___n

14 Ways the Love Bandit Stole My Heart:

  1. Concept is SO freakin’ cute! She had my heart as soon as I saw the WANTED poster!
  2. Love Bandit Facebook App ties into this collection so seamlessly
  3. Red, black and white colorway is so strong and graphic! It’s always nice to have some bold Kitty items in your collection
  4. Kitty-chan is thugged out and still looking cute!
  5. The hangtags are über cute (as Loungefly always makes them)
  6. The quality of the products are great! I have a wallet I *always* use and it’s still in kittitastic shape
  7. I love all the attention to detail: usage of different materials like sequins, canvas, fabric, faux leather… Graphic elements like stripes and hearts…
  8. Cute black on red Hello Kitty Love Bandit pattern
  9. Key cap is kawaii
  10. Packaging on the key cap is even more kawaii (if that is possible)…
  11. The tin lunch box is *adorbs*
  12. Vinyl collectible toy!
  13. Vinyl collectible toy packaging!
  14. It’s Hello Kitty — that is actually reason enough that the Love Bandit stole my heart! But as an added bonus, collectors who purchase merch from this collection at a participating Sanrio Boutique will receive a special Hello Kitty Love Bandit poster (while supplies last)!

WARNING: super-looooong post ahead!

Here is the keycap inside the packaging… Can you say *L-O-V-E*?? <3 The packaging is so clever — isn’t it? I love how consistent every piece is in this collection!

Wallet features the attention to detail that Loungefly is so good at — this same detail shows up throughout the collection, specifically the coin bag and tote bag.

The lovely hangtags I mentioned in my list of 14… Is it strange to save these tags — because I save mine all the time! o___O

Inside detail of the wallet featuring that cute black on red pattern!

*Thief of Hearts* is etched into the back of the wallet.

Coin bag — I will retire my other coin bag for this one! ^___^

Again with the cuteness! Let me also point out that I like the quality of the zipper used on this coin bag. The one I am going to retire — I used it so much and it never got caught on anything and it didn’t look/feel cheap.

Back detail…

Printed and embossed tin lunch box is so kawaii!

Here is the inside view of the front… Looks pretty cool, huh?

The design team at Loungefly could have cheated and just used a pattern here — but I really like how the hearts wrap around the bottom of the tin lunch box!

Makes it so cute IMO!

Tote bag — gotta love everything about this!

The bag is made of canvas… But look at all the other texture that are on the tote! Sequins on the black stripes! Red faux leather on the hearts Kitty has stolen! Applique patch! etc. etc.

Side pocket zipper with closer… And look what pattern it is lined with! *___*

Back of the tote…

Black on red pattern — love that the inside of the tote bag is lined with this!! And the Hello Kitty by Loungefly patch — cute, right?

Loungefly even designed underneath the handles!!

Kittitastic stitching job, right?

Knee high socks — cute and stylish!

Collectible Hello Kitty Love Bandit vinyl! This is my *fave* piece from this collection! My *FAVE*!!!!!

I am in love with the packaging because most of the artwork is placed on here without looking too cluttered…

Who knew Kitty-chan had so many A.K.A.’s!? Hello Kitty a.k.a. Kitty White a.k.a. Love Bandit a.k.a. Thief of Hearts… I do like all of her aliases tho! n___n

Love the packaging!!

And the vinyl is cute! Geesh! No wonder this girl is wanted for stealing hearts!! n_~

Profile view (kinda like a mug shot)…

Back view…

Artwork on the bottom of Kitty’s feet…

Yup… Definitely my *fave* item from this collection!

Thank you for letting me share my pictures!

Thank you Trevor + Loungefly!! This Hello Kitty Junkie love you long time! n___n

Hello Color! Vintage Sanrio Hello Kitty Bath Toy

I *love* my kittilicious friends — especially the ones I see on a regular basis + especially more when they share their Hello Kitty toys with me! It feels like something I would do when I was younger — and you know how much I love nostalgia! n___n

My cute-Hello-Kitty-loving-co-worker-DJ-friend Brookie brought in her vintage Sanrio Hello Kitty Hello Color plushie! Hello Color is a bath toy that Sanrio introduced in the 80’s and the plush changes color in the water. Gaaaa! Kawaii, neh? I was happily surprised that Kitty-chan was in such good condition!

Vintage Sanrio logo on the label so you know it is official!

Check out the commercial straight from the 80’s! The funniest part is at the end! n_~

Brookie decided to test it out  in a bucket of warm water to see if the toy still worked… And *ta-daaa* @___@ Hello Color! Well, not as bright as the toys in the commercial, but it DID change from purple to green… n_~

Oh boy! I wish my Momma bought me one when I was young! n__n Anyway, I *love* when my Hello Kitty friends share these kind of things with me!! Thank you Brookie!!
